Questions We Get a Lot

Most golfers need a minimum of 9 to 10 feet of ceiling clearance to swing comfortably without restriction, though 10 feet or more is ideal for taller players or full driver swings. Our enclosures are available in sizes ranging from 8 to 12 feet, so you can match the kit to your actual ceiling height before you buy. Measure your space from floor to ceiling and factor in any overhead obstructions like lighting or beams.

A garage, basement, or dedicated game room with a flat floor and solid wall anchor points tends to work best. You want enough depth behind the impact screen for a natural swing follow-through, ideally 12 to 15 feet from the screen to where you address the ball. Side netting helps contain errant shots, so rooms with a bit of extra width give you added peace of mind.

The enclosures themselves are designed to house your setup and protect your space — they work as the physical framework around whatever launch monitor or simulator software you choose to use. They are compatible with the major consumer launch monitor systems available on the market. You source and connect your preferred technology, and the enclosure provides the screen, netting, and frame structure around it.

We offer free shipping on most orders within the Continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), so your enclosure ships to your door at no added freight cost in most cases. If something isn't right, our 30-day return policy has you covered — visit our Return Policy page for full details on the process. We want you confident in your purchase before and after it arrives.

About Our Golf Simulators

A home golf simulator enclosure is a purpose-built structure that turns an unused garage bay, basement, or spare room into a fully functional practice environment. At the core of every setup is a high-definition impact screen designed to absorb repeated ball strikes while projecting a crisp target surface, surrounded by reinforced netting that protects walls, windows, and everything else in the room. The frame — whether aluminum or alloy steel — gives the whole system its shape and stability, holding everything taut and square even after heavy daily use. This type of setup is built for golfers who want to practice with real balls and real clubs on their own schedule, without driving to a range. When choosing an enclosure, the most important factors are ceiling height, room depth, frame material, and screen resolution. Taller players and those who use a full driver swing need more vertical and horizontal clearance. Frame rigidity determines how well the system holds up over time. A well-chosen enclosure lets you practice whenever the moment strikes — and brings your game into a space that is entirely yours.
